The high-capacity control box controls and protects the electrical safety of the high-voltage circuit including PDU (Power Distribution Unit), BDU (Battery Disconnect Unit). Hongfa PDU products can achieve IP67 protection level with high integration, small size, light weight and attractive appearance. BDU products can achieve IPXXB protection grade with small size and flame retardant. The control box contains an integrated circuit board that can detect and collect relevant data and send it to the CAN bus. The detection content includes the number of times the relay is pulled in, the relay bonding alarm, the real-time current of the branch such as AC and PTC, and the temperature of the relay load terminal.
